INSTANT SWEET BALLS

Don’t Mess It Up: Sweet Ball Survival Guide
For a richer flavor, lightly toast the coconut before adding paneer. Ensure dry fruits are coarsely ground to give a nice texture. Use soft jaggery powder for easier blending. If the mixture is too dry, add a spoon of warm ghee. You can shape these into laddus or energy bars for variety. Want extra crunch? Add chopped dates or dried figs. These store well for 3–4 days in the fridge and make great lunchbox treats or healthy post-meal bites.
