THOTAKURA STIR -FRY

Sesame Secrets & Leafy Lies
Use fresh and tender Thotakura (amaranth leaves) for the best taste and texture. Dry roast sesame seeds before grinding to enhance the nuttiness of the powder. Adjust green chillies to your spice preference. Don’t overcook the leaves—they should stay green and slightly crisp. Add a spoon of ghee for extra flavor if preferred. Pair with hot rice and ghee or enjoy with jowar roti for a nutritious traditional meal.
