INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups chopped Thotakura (Amaranth Leaves)

- 2 green chillies, chopped

- 3 tbsp sesame powder

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 5 garlic cloves, chopped

- 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

- 1 tsp mustard seeds

- 1 tsp chana dal

- 1 tbsp oil

- Salt to taste

PREPARATION STEPS

1. **Heat the Pan:**

- Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.

2. **Add Spices and Aromatics:**

- Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera), and 1 tsp chana dal to the hot oil.

- Fry these until they start to splutter and the chana dal turns golden brown.

3. **Add Green Chillies and Garlic:**

- Add the chopped green chillies and garlic to the pan.

- Sauté until the garlic is lightly browned and the chillies are cooked.

4. **Cook Thotakura:**
