For the best results, always marinate paneer for at least 30 minutes—it absorbs the spices beautifully and tastes extra flavorful. Use fresh, firm paneer so it doesn’t break while roasting. Stir-fry the veggies on high flame to keep them crisp and colorful instead of soggy. If you like extra tang, squeeze a little lemon before serving. This recipe works great as a salad, side dish, or even wrapped inside a roti for a quick meal.

You can, but marination gives paneer its bold spicy flavor, so don’t skip unless you’re in a hurry.

Absolutely! Mushrooms, baby corn, or beans work perfectly in this stir fry.

Tofu is a great substitute for a vegan twist on this recipe.

Use firm paneer, cut into thick cubes, and roast gently on medium heat.

You can prep veggies and marinate paneer early, but stir-fry and roast just before serving for freshness.
